# Deleting issue

 * I installed this plugin. It worked in some of my pages and didn’t even show the
   icon on some others. so I deactivate and deleted it. but it didn’t. it is not
   in my plugins list but it hasn’t been erased. Even when I go to Add New plugin,
   it shows like I have this plugin in my website.

 * To date, we have not received any other reports of this behavior. GTranslate 
   Visual Addon does not modify your theme or page files, and once deactivated, 
   its scripts should no longer run. For this reason, we would like to personally
   investigate what is happening on your installation, including whether caching,
   the main GTranslate plugin, your theme, or another compatibility issue may be
   involved.

   reply privately and, if necessary, explain how to provide temporary access securely.
