Lightbox stopped working

Hi There, I have just gone live with a site and your plugin has been working fine, but now its suddenly stopped opening images in a lightbox. Instead it opens them in a new page.

The site has various other plugins which I have disabled and still have the gallery issue. I have tried loading 2014 theme and the issue goes away and images load up in lightbox like they should. The problem is, it used to work fine, I have not made any changes to the theme or theme files, so I do not understand why this is now not working.
