Support » Fixing WordPress » Lightbox problem

  • Am having a problem with my lightbox in my Woocommerce website. I like the lightbox, but my products show a smaller photo at the bottom that appears to be the top of my photo, with scroll arrows. It is just something that really isn’t needed to see the very top edge of the photos in a separate scrollable box and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Any help with this would be much appreciated! My website is http://www.newprairiestore.com

    Thanks,
    Debbie

Are you using a specific plugin for the lightbox, or is it part of your theme?

If it’s part of your theme, what is the name of the theme, and where did you get it from?

I am using the Church theme by themehall.com. It is a Responsive HTML5 Omega child theme for WordPress. I previously used WooCommerce, used the Clock theme, so still had everything from that and selected the lightbox option through WooCommerce. The Church theme says it is compatible with WooCommerce, but I am wondering if there might be a lightbox from both the Church theme and WooCommerce and they are in conflict? I am not good enough with programming code to tell, though.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Ok, as that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
