Lightbox Options Not working

I am using Nextgen 2.0.27. I cannot get any lightbox options to work. No matter what I choose, I get the default (no lightbox) look. Here’s the url:

Apparently, this only happens when I’m logged in to WP. When I logout, or use another browser, it seems to work ok. Is this normal?
