Hello Aesqe,
I’m sorry to announce that File Gallery breaks – again – Lightbox effect on regular WP galleries.

Tested with PrettyPhoto effect from Responsive Lightbox plugin.

OK, made some tests and it’s only with Responsive Lightbox there is a problem – it woks with Lightbox Plus Colorbox plugin.
I have to investigate some more.
