Hi @aashishbisht, is your theme using the_content() to load the content on that page? This is required for SLB to work properly.

Yes, the theme uses the_content() to load the content on those pages.
When I installed and activated SLB, the images were opening fine in Lightbox. But the next day, it just stopped working. I neither installed or activated any other plugin after SLB nor created any new content.
I deactivated other plugins and SLB still didn’t work.
I have used SLB on so many sites. I can’t figure out what went wrong on this site.
Just to confirm, the image links are included directly in the page’s content, correct?
If so, please provide the template code from your theme used to output the content to that page? There appears to be something stopping SLB from being able to access the links in the content.

I am using a Builder plugin to create content on pages. I was using an HTML module instead of a Rich Text module. I changed the module from Raw HTML to the Rich Text Editor module and the images are opening up fine in LightBox now.
Pheww – I didn’t want to use any other LightBox plugin. SLB is the best!
