Please try the new version of Shashin (3.4.7). Shashin is having conflict with some of the javascript in your theme, and I’ve made some changes that have resolved this problem with other themes. I haven’t tested your theme, so please let me know if it works.
Still no love. When a pic in an album is clicked on it doesn’t activate the lightbox effect with either script. Also, from the pics page, when the user clicks ‘Return’ to go back, nothing is displaying.

Thanks for trying. There’s still a javascript conflict, but I’m not sure where it’s coming from. You have about 20 different scripts being loaded. Could you try temporarily disabling your other plugins, and see if Shashin works then? Then if you reactivate them one at a time and check Shashin again each time, we can see where the conflict is, and I can try to resolve it.
I disabled all but Shashin and the behavior is the same. At this point it must be the template.
I can’t keep all the plugins off while the client is adding content, but I can set up a testing site for you, if you want to see what’s happening with only the template and Shashin running.
You’re right, it must be something in the theme then. Thanks for trying it. If it’s a freely available them, let me know where I can get it, and I can do more testing myself. I had the same issue. I found by disabling show social icons it works fine
Sorry for the delay. I’ve determined the conflict is with the Avia slideshow script in your theme. Unfortunately, I can’t do anything about it. Your avia.js is using an old version of the imagesLoaded library. Shashin uses the current version of imagesLoaded, which is nicely packaged so you don’t get conflicts if multiple copies of it get loaded. So Shashin will play nice with other scripts that also use the current version, but I can’t alter what’s going on with how your version of Avia is using its older version of imagesLoaded (mainly because the code in your avia.js is minified and therefore almost unreadable, and there’s no un-minified version included).
