# Lightbox Not Showing Fields

 * I have installed ChimpMate and have created the light box, however the fields
   don’t appear within the box. The formatting, text changes, etc all appear correctly–
   it’s just the fields that are missing. I’ve tried adding and removing fields,
   but have not had any luck.

 * How did you add fields? I have the plugin but all I see is the Custom Form field
   when I go to the Lightbox option. Where do I create a new Custom Form Field?
