Lightbox not opening

Hi.
You have created a great plugin and i am hoping i can use it my new site which i am creating.
I am using the enfold theme and there are a few problems. It works on another theme so i know the plugin works.
The shortcode or widget will not open a lightbox. The map appears but when you click on it it will not open a lightbox. I think the css on the theme is blocking it.
If it does open it’s behind other images.
Do you have any ideas. Thank you.
