Half a year ago I switched from Nextgen to MaxGalleria and it was a vast improvement! * But I think the last update broke something, today a visitor noticed that the lightbox is not working anymore. So I started investigating and testing and I cannot find a solution. What I did so far: - Recreated all the galleries - Deactivated all the other plugins except MaxGalleria - Tried all the possible settings under Templates > Image Tiles * But after all this still no avail. I am using the gallery in combination with the dFactory Responsive Lightbox. Because the problem was noticed today I have no clue if it was the update but it was the last change on my website so I am guessing that should be it. I have sent you an email with the credentials and you are correct about the versions, both the latest. * Also an issue I found lately completely unrelated to this. If I change some settings in MaxGalleria > Settings > Image Tiles these are not synchronized to the already existing galleries. I see in the Responsive Lightbox settings that the Selector field was blank. I added the default class‘ lightbox’ which the Responsive Lightbox plugin needs to work. Also I found you had set the click opens setting in the gallery to image link, but you have not added any image links to the images. These are user defined links that you can set up. So instead of specifying image links, you should select mouse click opens to original image. These changes improve the HTML output of Maxgalleria but it still not opening an image in a lightbox. And the reason for this is a likely due to a javascript error that is generated on the site which can be seen by opening up the browser’s console window. And when I review the list of javascript files currently loaded I see two instances of jQuery: wp-includes/js/jquery/ jquery.js’ ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.3/jquery.min.js * Having both of these running may be the causing the error on your site which is keeping the lightbox from running. The first two issues you address were a result of me trying to get it fixed again (aka changing all the settings and checking the output). Today I updated my whole site and tried to fix all the errors I could find but still no avail. I could not find the Javascript error you were talking about but I am loading one JQuery now. Still jquery.js and jquery.min.js but that is something in Responsive Lightbox when I disable it these two includes are gone. Good to know that the issue is not with MaxGalleria, I will open a support thread at the Responsive Lightbox forum. It would be nice if there is an option to synchronize the settings in MaxGalleria > Settings > Image Tiles to all existing galleries.
