My theme (Newspaper by tagDiv) has a built in “lightbox” functionality whereby clicking a thumbnail presents the full image as ‘hovering’ over the text with arrows to go to the next/prev images in the post and so on. Since implementing this (with the KeyCDN free trial) the lightbox behavior has entirely disappeared, instead replacing it with the opening of each image in it’s own page. I disabled a “lazy load” plugin that I had on the site in case this was causing the problem but that did not solve it.

Is it possible to fix such conflicts? Thanks.

  • Do you have a domain link?

Also, are you saying that you are also using KeyCDN CDN service along with the CDN Enabler plugin? If so, it might be quicker to email support (at) keycdn.com. I doubt it is the plugin causing the conflict, as the plugin just rewrites the URL, so the javascript should simply be loading from your CDN.

I’m assuming you have tried to temporarily disable all other plugins to ensure it isn’t a conflict elsewhere?

    Thanks
