 * I really like the lightbox that opens when you are selecting a plugin on wordpress
   and you select the ‘Details’ option about that Plugin. The details (text) of 
   that plugin opens in a lightbox seamlessly. It also has clickable tabs to read
   more.
 * I would like to be able to do a similar thing with text on my sites.
 * Could wordpress admin let me know if they have published a specific plugin to
   do this.
 * And/or anyone else know of a free or premium plugin that does this.
