Lightbox Doesn't Switch Between Products

    I have to click a bunch of times to get it to change to the next photo. It doesn’t always work either.

    Hi Jacob,

    The lightbox is a feature that would allow you to navigate through the additional pictures of the product. Unfortunately, it does not navigate from a product to another.

    For this matter, you should set your options to display the previous and next product on your product page. This can be done via Options > Premium tab. There is the “Next/Previous Products ” which you can set manually or automatically.

    As for Jay, would you be able to link us your website? We haven’t had any issues with navigating through images on the lightbox.

    Thanks for the response.

    Is the “Next/Previous Products” option possible for the “Custom Product Page” or only the “Tabbed Product Page”?
