• I just tried / installed a number of different light boxes (aside from the foo-box) and none are recognised / selectable from foogallery.

My first impressions of foo gallery are good but this is a problem.

Which ones ARE supported (please note that financially I’m restricted to free ones at the moment)

The biggest thing I want it to do is be able to click on a thumbnail and have that zoom to full size (or biggest that fill fit on screen) in an overlay on the existing screen, rather than just opening the image in a new window…..

OK I found one “Simple Lightbox” which works and quite a few that don’t.

Any re4commednations for a good free one?

This seems to be by design. The Foo Guys evidently want you to use FooBox. Easy Fancybox works, but only one image at at time. The Foo Gallery isn’t recognized as a gallery, but I haven’t yet checked to see if it can be set to recognize Foo Galleries.

Fancybox for WordPress (version 3.0.6) is working for me with Foo Gallery.

Hello, how do you get simple lightbox to work with foogallery?
i tried but it is not available in the dropbox to choose your lightbox…

    cheers!
