Lightbox 2 Not working

I upgraded to version 3.1 of WordPress which broke Lightbox 2. I attempted the fix of just changing the jquery.js but that did not seem to fix the problem. I have reverted to 3.0.5 but one some pages of the site the Lightbox works and on some pages it will not work.

For example, http://collinsmfgcorp.com/?page_id=5 does not work, but http://collinsmfgcorp.com/?page_id=100 and http://collinsmfgcorp.com/?page_id=17 do work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I can’t for the life of me figure it out.
