    Yes it would be possible, given that you’re working with a lightbox you can insert PHP code into, or know how to create a lightbox in your theme.

    It would then be a matter of simply inserting the PHP snippet visible on the slideshow’s edit page.

    Best regards,

    Hi, I must do something wrong…
    I’m using this code:
    ” rel=”lightbox”>Vedi
    but is messing up everything else.
    Thank you for your help

    Sorry, this code:

    <a href="<?php do_action('slideshow_deploy', '394'); ?>" rel="lightbox" class="article">Vedi</a>

    What you’re trying to do here, only works for images and WordPress galleries. The PHP snippet turns into an element built up by ‘div‘ tags and therefore messes up your website.

    To accomplish having a slideshow in a lightbox you would need to do something like this in your theme:

    <a href="#" onClick="document.getElementById('slideshow-lightbox-wrapper').style.display = 'block';">Vedi</a>
    <div id="slideshow-lightbox-wrapper" style="background: #000; opacity: 0.8; And some CSS values to make it stretch along the height and width of the entire page">
        <div style="position: absolute; top: 50%; margin-top: -100px; left: 50%; margin-left: -500px; Margin top and margin left need to be half the height and width of the slideshow to center it neatly">
            <?php do_action('slideshow_deploy', '394'); ?>

    This code may need some tweaking though, as I have not tested it.

    I’m sorry to bother you again but I can’t make it work…
    I have already pretty photo settings on the site.
    On this page
    I’m trying to assign a slider to each thumbnail on the page.

    The code for the thumb is

    <div class="casethumb">
    <a href="#">
    <img src="wp-content/themes/bruan-responsive/img/casethumb/adriaticat.jpg" alt="" />

    I would be very grateful if you could help me insert the slider in the code, Many thanks

    I found a tutorial on how to create a lightbox that can be filled with content that comes really close to what you want to achieve.

    Here it is.

    Thanks, the tutorial was really helpful. As you can see here
    (clicking on the first image) that the lightbox effect is working, but the php for the slideshow is not working and I can’t figure out why. I know that the slideshow is loaded in the window but is not showing.
    The code I’m using to achieve this is:

    <a href = "javascript:void(0)" onclick ="document.getElementById('puglia').style.display='block';document.getElementById('fade').style.display='block'">
    <img class="casethumb" src="wp-content/themes/bruan-responsive/img/casethumb/pugliat.jpg" alt="" /></a>
    <div id="puglia" class="white_content"><?php do_action('slideshow_deploy','394'); ?>
    <a href = "javascript:void(0)" onclick = "document.getElementById('puglia').style.display='none';document.getElementById('fade').style.display='none'">Chiudi</a> </div>
    <div id="fade" class="black_overlay"></div>

    The HTML I see on your website doesn’t look like the HTML posted here, you seem to using a plugin for it now.

    Are you using the PHP snippet in the theme?
