# "Light" page

 * I want to make a very “light” page. Without the displaying wordpress theme, used
   for the rest of the site (simple html istead). I need only an authorization check,
   $wpdb and transient at the page.
 * Can you advise how to use only the minimum required part of the engine, which
   would not perform any extra queries to the database and functions?

 * Can anyone help, please? The theme is very slow, more than 40 queries to the 
   database. And on this one page there will be a dynamic information that users
   should update frequently, it can not be cached. So I really want to disable all
   possible wordpress actions at this page (but need user authorization and $wpdb).
