 * Hello, Google console audits showed me several errors:
 * 1. Does not register a service worker that controls page and start_url
    2. Web
   app manifest does not meet the installability requirementsFailures: No manifest
   was fetched.
 * 3. Is not configured for a custom splash screenFailures: No manifest was fetched.
   
   4. Does not set a theme color for the address bar.Failures: No manifest was fetched,
   No `<meta name="theme-color">` tag found.

 * Hello as we can check currently PWAforwp not installed.
 * Are you using any security plugin to block rest API? because manifest served 
   by Rest API.
    Please check, if blocked than allow manifest URL from a security
   plugin.
 * if you install and save the PWAforWP settings, it will give at least default 
   values.
    Above mention points are basic configuration manages automatically.
 * Let us know so we can fix the issue.
