I’m sorry that you had a bad experience here. The “lifetime upgrade” policy was discontinued for folks a long time ago (almost 2 years now). It wasn’t a sustainable practice for us and if we go under, nobody wins unfortunately. We had to change. Change isn’t always fun or easy and I’m sorry that you’re upset about it here.
According to my records, you bought the pro pack in 2012. To be fair, we gave everyone, including you, an additional year’s grace period through the end of 2013 to upgrade at a small fee of 25% of the current price. We sent out emails about it explaining the nature of the change. It was a tough thing for us to do.

We worked hard to make the renewal fees reasonable and we release updates to the plugin a lot with responsive support, along with any new modules that come for free to combo pack buyers with current maintenance. I’m sorry that you don’t feel that’s valuable.
