• Installed just fine, but crashed my woocommerce section. These guys give multilevel marketing a black eye… would not trust them with my website.

    Hello,

We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to our plugin.

Can you please provide us with a ticket # that you sent to our team asking them to look into and resolve the issue that you experienced.

We always encourage our customers to request a free 15 days demo of our plugins. In fact the checkout page on our site also mentions that the customer request a demo prior to purchase so that we do not run into post purchase technical / commercial issues.

Our refund policy also states that if our plugins do not work as stated on our website, the first point of contact will be our support team to look into and fix the issue on your hosting environment. If we are not able to fix the issue we will be more than happy to refund your purchase.

As requested above, please let us have your ticket number where you had sent us the details of your hosting and we will look into your specific case with topmost priority.

As I said, I am very particular about who I give web admin info. Since it is standard fare to as for refund if the plugin crashes site, I simply wanted my money back. I did not want to “open my kimona” to these souls from their heavy handed handling of this. So stay far away is my recommendation… there are newer processes out there.

    Hello,

We simply asked you for the ticket number where you had explained your issue.

Our plugin has special technical requirements which are mentioned very clearly on our site. There are instances where your server environment does not meet those requirements.

Without specific info we would not be able to offer any assistance on the issue.
