  • Purchased the Pro version; the licenses they sent me do not work. Very hard to get support and a response from the developers…

    Thank you for reaching out.
    We sincerely apologize for the frustrating support experience. We did not mean to take too long to reply to your support inquiry.
    We do our best to respond to all support tickets within a roughly 2-hour window, but response time may increase depending on your current location (we are based in the GMT+2 timezone). When your support ticket was sent it was almost midnight on our end, hence the delay.

    We saw your ticket though and were able to respond after an hour of receiving it and provided the necessary steps to activate your license successfully.

    Nonetheless, we apologize for the inconvenience and will look for ways to improve.
