 * I’m trying to disable one of my licenses, but your login system and your support
   ticket form for Advanced Ads PRO are not working. None of my email addresses 
   are recognized, and I cannot reset the password.
 * Please let me know how I can contact you so you help me to identify the correct
   account or disable the license manually.

 * Hi, I’m posting again because I still cannot access my Advanced Ads account.
 * Support previously told me to contact them by email, but I have already sent 
   multiple emails over several days and received no reply. I also tried submitting
   a ticket through the support form, but the submission does not work, so I cannot
   open a ticket that way either.
 * I need access to my account because my license is currently registered on two
   installations: the live site and an old staging site that no longer exists. Because
   of this, I cannot update the plugin. I need support to remove the staging activation,
   but I cannot log in or reset the password.
 * Please escalate this issue. I cannot resolve it without access to my account,
   and support is not replying to any of my messages.

   keep searching for this. Without giving away your full email, can you give me
   some keywords to look for? Did you also share your domain in that email? I’m 
   filtering for either suyta or suygenneris but don’t see any.
