License API call is timing out

This error everywhere in the back-end, according to Query Monitor:

cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

It’s causing both staging and production websites to fall over while trying to do anything in admin.

Upon further investigation it appears your website is down, which is why the API call could not get through and consequently make our website unusable to manage.

Given what you charge for the Pro plugins (we have the core product and the Super Pack), we expect better.
