license renewal

Hello,
we purchased a bundle on March 1, 2019.
Yesterday we renewed the license, paying through PayPal (we have the receipt) but it seems that by accessing your site the renewal has not been carried out and therefore we cannot open the support ticket in the section of users who have already made a purchase.
Can you help us? we are unable to update the license key.
