    I’m a paying customer and I’m posting this here now since you’ve ignored my 2 support emails about this question…

    My question is regarding this paragraph on your Software Licence Agreement page:

    “License renewal will be possible at the price that the license has when the renewal is made. We can offer discounts for renewal, but this is something left at our discretion, and not mandatory in any way.” – http://www.pixelyoursite.com/pixel-your-site-pro-license

    Does that mean that if I buy the plugin for $55 (which I did) and a year later the price increases to $110 (which is about to happen), then I will have to pay $110 for renewal?

    If yes that that would be bad business practice in my opinion. Because I agreed to purchase your product for $55. And an agreement like the quoted one above basically keeps people ransom to pay more than the initially agreed upon purchase price to keep renewing and using your software.

    Please reply if you care about your customers, and their experience with your product.

    This is not related to the free version of the plugin and has no place in this forum.

    However, you don’t have to renew any license, the plugin will continue to work after the license is expired. There is also a 40% discount for license renewals.

    Anyway, I am always glad to see that you care a lot about my product and your (constant and overwhelming) feedback is more than valuable. I think I’ve lost count of the emails we’ve exchanged in the last months, and this can only be a good sign, right?

    Taking into consideration that you asked for a refund, you were granted the refund, change your mind and bought the plugin again, and after that gave me a lot of suggestions about the product, about my landing pages, website design, price policy and business in general, I can only thank you. I do value your feedback and your critics are more than welcomed. I am the first one to admit that there is more work to be done on all the aspects of my business.

    I do apologize if sometimes I am not able to answer in time to all your questions, but I am glad that you manage to find your answers in our terms of service.
