    I tried to purchase a new license 2 days ago, but it renewed my existing license instead of giving me a new license. I sent an email to your support address asking for assistance but haven’t had a response. I also sent an additional email chasing this yesterday, but still haven’t heard back. I’d be grateful if you could reply to me ASAP as we need to start using this software for a customers site.
