    I just installed this plugin yesterday. I am using the Generators (which appears to be working correctly). The only issue I’m having is that emails are not being sent out for Completed orders. I checked the Email logs, and they are not being generated. Since I am testing, I am using payment by check as the payment method and then marking the order as Completed. Could the payment method be causing this issue?

    Manual generation of emailing the keys works great.

    thank you for your message and for using my plugin.

    So the license keys appear inside their corresponding order, it’s just that the email is not being sent? They are usually attached to the “Order Complete” email, have you looked into that?

    Yes I have and the keys are not included in the Order Complete email.

    The plugin works so that it generates and sends out the orders when the order status changes to “complete”. Could you try to manually change the order to complete to see if that sends out the keys? If the order is already complete try changing it to something else first.

    Also, there is a new order action to resend license key. Try that and check if that works please.

    Oh and also check if you activated the automatic license key delivery inside the settings.

    Are you using plain text emails?

    On settings, the Automatic Delivery is on
    Since these orders are using checks for payment, I do manually mark them Completed.
    The resend emails work with no problem.
    Tried setting Completed to OnHold and back to Completed, completed email doesn’t have the key info.

    If you use plain text emails then that is the problem, the plugin currently only supports html emails.

    I will include this issue as a bug fix for the upcoming 1.3 release.

    Thanks for your reply. For some reason I can’t recall where I indicate if I’m using plain text or html.

    Found where the emails are set up.

    I will fix this regardless though. Plain text email support is coming in the next plugin update. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
