License don’t work

First, their website is one of the hardest to navigate. It is near impossible to tell what comes the “essential bundle”.

But I did manage to buy it, somehow. But I can’t get the license to work. And when I contacted their support, they gave me instructions on how to download it.

I have the stupid plugin installed and can’t activate the license and they send me an email on how to download the plugin.

Not impressed with this company or product.
