    The Licence Key sent does not work. I have emailed support 3 times without an acknowledgement or response. I have Simple Membership Manager installed on this website. I downloaded the latest Form Builder Plugin and installed it without issue, until I tried to register it with the Licence Key sent to my email address: paulaaconway@hotmail.com. I have tried uninstalling the plugin and deactivating/reactivating the licence without success.

    I’m stuck, please help. Thank you.

    It looks like your server is preventing the addon from communicating with our license server. That’s why the license key activation is not working. There are some security and firewall type plugins that can do this. Also, if your server’s firewall setup is preventing the communication then that can be a factor also.

    We did send you an email reply but that most likely didn’t get to your inbox. We will send you another reply.

    Thank you for the reply. I got the email with the purchase invoice and responses to queries on my previous purchase arrived without issue. It is just this installation and activation that is causing an issue. I am receiving emails from all other vendors without any problems. Please email me again and I will respond to say I have received the email. I responded to the purchase notice, on the 7/10 at 10.58, without receiving a delivery error. I will check with the hosting company about connecting to your servers. If the plugin does connect to your service will the purchased licence be valid, or will I have to deactivate/readctivate it? Thank you for your help, it is very much appreciated.

    Please remove the ‘Resolved’ message. I deactivated all the plugins, except those associated with Simple Membership, without resolving the licence activation issue. I am awaiting a response from my hosting provider, Eco Web Hosting. Thank you.

    Further to your last email I have now contacted my hosting company support and run debug software on the purchased plugin. Contrary to what was previously stated in your reply on the WordPress.org plugin repository, there is no issue with connectivity to your license registration server. The issue appears to be within the plugin as the following execution errors show:

    As previously stated, deactivating/readctivating and uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin failed to resolve the issue. This is puzzling because a previously purchased license, on a prototype website with the same plugin and structural configuration, works without any problems.

    I am at a loss to know what to do now. Thank you for your help

    Thank you. I’m REALLY sorry that this did not work out. I like the software and it works well on the prototype website I built, on the same servers, before deploying it live. I appreciate that you are a small team and I’m very grateful to you for producing this plugin. Also, you have been very fair in making the refund. I will have to look at other solutions now. An autoresponder to customer eamails and updates on progress to a resolution of the problem would have been very helpful. Good luck with your project and I wish you every success in the future.
