    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    It says “You may also post your questions on the WordPress.org forums.” which is only true for the version here. All premium support should be on your site.

    I’ve been meaning to add them to wp.org but the plugin isn’t really being worked on at the moment / in the immediate future.

    I’ll note this on the Support page.

    But i havent got answer . Why keys are not working .
    Or give me the link where i should post these question.
