Licence is not valid after purchase – May be a scam

After purchasing this theme, I received a licence in an email, however when I tried to activate the theme, I got a pop warning/message telling me to enter a valid licence key. I have left a post on their support posts page and also sent multiple emails to support and have had no response. I am suspecting this could be a scam theme and site.
