 * I’m able to get analytics.js leveraged using this plugin, but Google stills shows
   that ga.js is not.
 * How do I get it to be as well?

 * ga.js and analytics.js are both external files hosted on Google’s servers. The
file that is cached and delivering Analytics by CAOS is local-ga.js. So you must
be loading these files from a plugin or theme.
