Hi Daniel,
This is mentioned on the page where you setup the mapping with a link to the documentation here:
https://wp-property-hive.com/documentation/add-on-help/property-import/
You will see a section called ‘Handling Sales/Lettings Availabilities’ with a description of the scenario and an example specific to Jupix. Any questions after reading the above just let me know,
Steve
Hi Steve,
Thanks for the speedy reply. I’m obviously doing something wrong, as I have taken to Jupix format and applied it to my functions.php theme, but it had no effect.
Perhaps I’m not changing the correct values within the supplied CSS? Do I have to change anything within the import settings to make this apply also?
Thanks
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
“within the supplied CSS”
– CSS has nothing to do with this. It’s all PHP and should all be done in PHP files.
“as I have taken to Jupix format and applied it to my functions.php theme, but it had no effect.”
– When you took the code provided in the documentation did you change the ID’s where it says ‘CHANGE X’ in the comments?
And have you ran another import since adding the code?
If still no luck, if you have WP access and can send access via email, and a copy of the code you’ve added I can check it and modify if accordingly,
Steve
Hi Steve,
My mistake, I understand.
We did as you suggested, and it didn’t have any effect even after running a fresh import. It turns out that we need to clear the site cache for the changes to take effect. We used WP Super Cache to do this, and now all works as intended.
As always, great service. Thank you so much.
Daniel
