Letters problem

Hello, i upgraded my wordpress to version 2.2.1, but the language that i’m using on wordpress is Portuguese, so we have accents on words, like: músicas.

When i upgraded it, all my letters got bug, for exemple:
What was: Legião Urbana.
It is now: Legião Urbana.

How can i turn back “Legião Urbana”, to “Legião Urbana”, not editing 1 by 1?
