Let People Upload Images To My MediaLibrary

  • hi there,
im trying to make a page where you can upload images, but they go to my MediaLibrary first for moderation/approval, so they can then be put into a gallery, but i dont know how i can do this, i have searched google for an answer but had no luck. I want it also where the person has to be logged into the site so they can use/see the form. The form i am looking for would go like this:

    Title: [title here]
File path: [file path here] BROWSE{button} OR(so they have 2 methods of upload)
    Image URL: [image url here]
    SUBMIT(button)

it would then tell you if the image was successfully submitted or not, and the image would then appear in my MediaLibrary for me to do what i want with it.

If someone could please tell me a perfect plugin, or how to do this, it would really help.
