I am extremely annoyed at the lack of customer support offered even though we have purchased the pro version of this plugin.

The lessons will not update or save. They do occasionally but it is not stable. Often we lose all of our work when we try and save.

I contacted Tutor LMS support three times last week and was assured they would help each time. I never received any help whatsoever.

It has been over a week now and still no reply.

We never had this problem with Learndash which was a far more stable plugin.

We need this fixed or a refund and we will go back to using learndash.

I see many other people are having this same issue but Tutor LMS do NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO HELP!!

    Very disappointed and annoyed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @ultimahub2,

We pay highest priority to emails. Please try to send us emails for technical queries.

We have updated the security system throughout the entire plugin. We used to save posts instantly as people wrote. But the frontend builder in the Pro version was collecting incomplete lessons and bloating the database. So, we have required saving the lessons manually.

Recently I have received a similar report and arranged a zoom call to see the site and understand what the user was doing. I found out that he was trying to open the lesson edit screen in a new tab without saving first. This is why he was having problems.

If you add a name on the lesson first, save and then try to edit it, then there will be no problems. If this is not the case, please book a call with me from here – https://calendly.com/sekander/30
