    I’m trying to reactivate Bpost plugin after a long time not using it. I updated all the plugin and wordpress but I get this mistake:
    Les identifiants semblent erronés. Veuillez les vérifier dans votre Shipping Manager (https://www.bpost.be/ShmBackEnd/private)

    Le plugin a été désactivé car la connexion à l’API a échoué. N’oubliez pas de le réactiver quand vous aurez mis les bon accès

    I’ve checked several time and everything is correct. My account ID is: 114458.

    Any idea how to solve this?

    There has been a problem this week-end, can you please re-encode and re-save your coniguration settings ? Issue is now fixed.

    Dear,

    Could you please check that you entered your account id and your passphrase ( which is stored in your Shipping Manager tool). You will get more details on how can you find the passphrase here.

    Do not forget to save your configuration in both your Shipping Manager and in your plugin it-self.
