Support » Plugin: Frontend Uploader » Length of fields and user registration needed to upload

  • How do I edit the length of the fields, for example the title box, description box. The length of both these goes far too wide, and does not look all that nice as no closure on the right hand side.

Also is it possible to make it so only registered users (when logged in on site) can use the upload field.

    Kind regards,
    Shaun

  • Wanting to know the answer to these questions also.

    Where is the support?

You can easily change it with CSS. Just look in HTML Inspector in Chrome/Firefox. Right click on the field, click “Inspect element”. From there you’ll be able to edit css properties and tweak the look. After that, just copy CSS declaration to your CSS file.

    Make sense?

wherewhy, are you demanding on-the-fly support for a free open source plugin? 🙂

Not demanding anything, I just think if anyone creates a plugin free or not, they should offer support on it, also you could have a donation button so if anyone finds your plugin helpful they donate to you, I think this is always nice, as I donate to peoples plugins that help my site.

I was just wondering, this may sound odd. Is it possible to make uploading a file not mandatory when submitting?

I have had users who simply wanted to add a title and a description with details in the description box, the upload a file function is not always needed?

    Thanks

    You can choose form_layout=’post’
