Legal Question – WordPress Portal

Hi,

I’ve often felt that it’s unfortunate that there is no Swedish support. As I’m not the only one feeling this way I thought of starting a Swedish support page. Now I want to make sure this is totally ok with the official wordpress community and within any legal boundaries?

The Swedish portal would be promoted as “Swedish support for wordpress” and nothing else. The name of the site will be “WP-Support Sverige” and the domain won’t have “wordpress” in it (http://wordpress.org/about/domains/).

And the last thing, would it be ok to use the wordpress logo on a site like this?

Have seen a lot of other sites like this, but I want to make sure.

We got a hosting sponsorship awaiting. It’s going to be non-profit project of course.
