Legal Docs for Membership Site

Hello Folks. I’m setting up my first membership site and want to make sure that I advise the client on Refund, Privacy and Terms and Conditions Language.

I realize that they should consult a lawyer and I’ve also found sites like termsfeed.com, I’m just wondering if any pros out there have any other sources to educate myself.
