Hi @domconrad, thank you for reaching out to us.
Thanks for the video, it’s helpful for troubleshooting. I noticed that you are still using our Flexible Shipping group methods. I would strongly advise you to convert them to the single one. We explain how to do it in our documentation.
I understand that the FS notice shows when your theme is active. I would kindly ask you to change temporarily theme to default Storefront. Deactivate all the other plugins beside WooCommerce, and Flexible Shipping. After these steps, please verify if you still see few FS notices in the checkout. We have encountered such situation before, and it was caused by the faulty theme and custom changes.
Please let me know about the results.
Best regards
Karolina

Apologies, i just haven’t had time to implement your suggestion yet but will do hopefully soon
I went through the troubleshooting process but it was difficult to rule out or in the Divi theme as when you switch to Storefront, all the divi shortcodes (generated by Divi builder) are revealed.
I sought help from Elegant Themes (ET), whose support team are excellent. I had built the page up from Divi’s new Woo Modules which give you greater control over the checkout layout and styling. ET recommended disabling those an using the default [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode instead. That did the trick and bow only a single ‘Free Shipping above…’ notice appears.
Hi @domconrad thanks for letting us know. I am happy to hear that FS notice shows now only once.
Best regards
Karolina
