# Left sidebar problem

 * Hi guys, I have been coding for days _(not an expert tho)_ but I run into some
   annoying things. I could finally add left sidebar to my site but this is not 
   showing up as I expected. I want to put **my widgets** to both side of my posts,
   but my left sidebar appears out of the sites border _(picture below)_.
 * I used this tutorial to get the sidebar working:

 * And this is an actual screenshot of my site:
    [As you can see the are sections like ‘Admin’, Date, Categories, Tags on the left side and I **don’t** want these. ](http://i.imgur.com/0aocqZO.jpg)
 * The left sidebar I created is barely visible on the lefthand side.
 * Could you please tell me how to get rid of those annoying sections next to my
   posts and get my sidebar there instead?

 * Edit: I think this problem is related to my Pages template, however I have no
   idea to fix it.
