 * I removed the W3TC plugin but there still <!– W3TC-include-js-head –> tag in 
   the bottom of source code.

 * I can’t find the problem because the W3TC plugin has been removed but the tag
   left in every page.

 * Hmm..usually when i see that it indicates that it may have been inserted manually.
   Can u do a search in all of your theme directory’s files for: **<!– W3TC-include-
   js-head –>**
 * If you find it in one of your theme’s files then just remove that snippet.
 * If it’s not there then i’m even more curious…do a global search in your wordpress
   folder for it and let me know.

 * I found the tag in my footer.php, thanks for point out the problem.
