Support » Plugin: WP Mobile Menu - The Mobile-Friendly Responsive Menu » Left and Right menus defaulting to main menu

  • Resolved windyskies

This is a great plugin, I just have one issue I can’t solve.

I’ve got both Left and Right mobile menus set up, and they are supposed to be two different menus. However, both are defaulting to the same one (for some reason, it’s the main nav menu used only on the desktop view).

I’ve tried clearing caches and this hasn’t worked. Is this fixable?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Glad you are enjoying it.

Regarding the issue this is not normal, if that is happening I guess that you may have an additional plugin that interacts with the WordPress menus rendering and it’s replacing the selected menu. Maybe a plugin that shows an alternative menu?

You can try to disable temporarily the other plugins leaving only the WP Mobile Menu to confirm if it’s working correctly.

Nice implementation in your site, can I showcase it in my demo site?

    Hi Rui,

I tried disabling all other plugins (and updating this plugin to the newest version) but that hasn’t worked.
Any other ideas why this might be happening?

    And sure, that is fine.

can you send me an email to [support AT wpmobilemenu DOT com] to discuss this further?
Need to ask a couple things in private.

This situation was sorted. Was caused by a Theme customization.
