Leaving Content Out of Post

I am trying to incorporate adsense in my blog, but I want to stick it in the middle, and I can’t. Otherwise I am violating Google’s TOS, because if someone clicks “reviews” it will show every 10 reviews with 10 ads, and you can only have two per page. I would put them at the bottom, but then no one can see them, so that is a problem, but atleast for the bottom, I can use a <!–more–> tag. How can I hide the adsense until they click on the actual post and go to the link?
