    Hi
    I just installed your plugin few days ago and uninstalled them today but it still leaves something like this “”Leave us a note and someone will follow up with you!” on the facebook chat box I have installed already (not yours), why that happens ?
    What should I do yet to completely remove your plugin from my fanpage ?
    I already deautorised them on my fanpage settings but it still showing up why ?

    this fanpage:https://www.facebook.com/netpoint.systems/ but I have messenger integrated on many websites and it displays everywhere so it must be related somehow to fanpage not the settings of specific websites. As I remember your plugin asked for access to the fanpage to fully integrate so I gave it the access and revoked them today but this welcome message still appears on all my websites.

    Ok, here is the thing:
    – Facebook page still connected to MobileMonkey
    – Facebook page has failed token, so if disconnect the page with failed token all traces will of plugin will be on the site
    – to remove it, please open https://app.mobilemonkey.com
    – sign in with you FB account
    – then go to Settings -> Maintenance -> hit Refresh Connection with Facebook
    – after that click Settings -> Maintenance -> Disconnect Page
    – then you can delete the plugin (if it exists on your WP dashboard)
    – reload the website and plugin should be removed
    Let me know if that worked

    but I cant see “Settings” on your plugin configuration do you mean settings on fanpage ?

    @netpointsystems, Settings are on the web app, not on Plugin
    Follow the link https://app.mobilemonkey.com/
    Or disconnect page and connect again it to the plugin, token will be refreshed as well
    Please follow the steps described above

    I got this when I tried
    “Oops Something went wrong
    An unexpected error occurred. If this continues please contact support@mobilemonkey.com for assistance.”

    Can you just manually disconect me and wipe all my data ?

    Page is managed by token, if token is invalid we no longer manage the page.
    In your case it is invalid.
    If I disconnect such page you still will see plugin, get started button etc.
    So token have to be refreshed
    Try to reconnect the page to the WP Chatbot then, should also make the token valid

    I disconnected it again ,and reconnected nothing has changed still got the error like this “Oops Something went wrong

    All good, the page is disconnected from our app. So bot no longer connected to the chat plugin.

    Though you see a chat widget because you have another script which is FB default:

    If you don’t need this widget just remove the script mentioned above
