    Two questions….
    1. I use the chat plugin to let a visitor ask me a question.
    Once the question is answered, the chat is done. How can the session immediately be terminated then to have it open again for a next visitor.
    Just want 1 channel and one visitor at the time.

    2. How can I delete a Channel?

    I am afraid it is not possible with Wise Chat. The plugin is for communication between users on you website and not for the private communication between admin and an user. In Wise Chat a channel is public and all messages are visible for others. I think you should look for live chat plugins.
