Leave a reply problem!

I’m new to WordPress so sorry if this is an easy answer. On my blog, when I click “Leave a reply” I am able to fill out the boxes but I want my users to be able to add an image on video on every reply. How do I get this to work? I have seen it on other WordPress sites but I cannot work out how to do it. Thanks!
