I think that is only the person that made the comments infomation and it is coming from their cookies.
Post a url, I will go to comments and see if there is data there.
Yes, it looks correct. I see this comment, zdfbdbsf, and the comment fields are empty waiting for the next person.
yes your right however the problem being is that after filling in your name and website the informaton you typed in is still there and if you close the site and go back your info is still there..

That is exactly what is supposed to happen. When someone makes a comment, wp puts a cookie on their computer. If they make another comment on the same or different posts, the fields will be filled out for them. They (that particular computer) is the only one who see’s those fields.
