‘Leave a Comment’ is not redirecting to the Comment section

In the AMP Page, When mobile users clicks on the ‘leave a comment’ button on the amp version of the website, it doesn’t redirects them to the ‘comment section’ of the non-amp site. Rather it directs them to the header of the non-amp site.

Please I want that when user visits the Non-AMP Page of the website, clicks on the ‘Leave a Comment” they should be redirected to the comment section of the non-amp site.
i.e, the ‘leave a comment’ should have #comments
